On the Revision Case of"Changsha Linxiang Shaonei Jinqian Ji"from Zoumalou Western Han Bamboo Slips
In the process of editing the Zoumalou Western Han bamboo slips,more than 60 slips were identified as related to the revision of the accounting document"Changsha Linxiang Shaonei Jinqian Ji".Based on a study of the relevant government system of the period and the interpretation of difficult words from the text,we can reconstruct this collection of strips.Comparative analysis with new materials and related Qin dynasty accounting documents from Liye has enabled us to clarify the syntax,meaning,and underlying institutional framework of frequently encountered but enigmatic phrases like"wen ji guan ming suo 问计官名所".A reconstruction of the"Changsha Linxiang Shaonei Jinqian Ji"revision case reveals the working procedure of Jinqian Ji between the central government and local kingdoms and its checking and monitoring system.This provides new materials for the academic community to study related topics such as the document system and law in Qin &Han dynasties.sheds new light on the procedures governing the communication on the accounting of forbidden currency between the central government and local kingdoms,as well as the mechanisms of oversight and auditing.This discovery offers valuable new evidence for scholars engaged in research on the documentary systems and legal frameworks of the Qin and Han dynasties.
