Preliminary Study on the Endophytes and Rhizo-sphere Soil Microbes of Cyclobalanopsis glaucoides
The results showed that 61 strains of bacteria and 24 strains of fungi were isolated from the root, stem, leaf and rhizosphere soil of Cyclobalanopsis glaucoides 29 strains were isolated from roots,in-cluding 25 strains of bacteria and 4 strains of fungi;12 strains in stems, including 4 strains of bacteria and 8 strains of fungi;7 strains in leaves, including 3 strains of bacteria and 4 strains of fungi, namely root (34%)>stem(14%)>leaf(8%),and the remaining 37 strains were isolated from soil. The distribution of bacteria in C. glaucoides was as follows:root(56%)>stem(8%)>leaf(6%). Fungi were more in stem. Most of the bacteria isolated from roots, stems and leaves were cocci, while the bacteria isolated from rhizo-sphere soil were more than those from rhizosphere soil. The isolated fungi included 2 strains of Aspergillus,2 strains of Cladosporium,1 strain of Verrucaria,1 strain of botryosporium,1 strain of Colletotrichum,4 strains of Penicillium and 2 strains of Colletotrichum. The others were non spore groups, among which Penicil-lium was slightly dominant. The results of this study can provide support for the experiment of C. glaucoides.
