Aiming at the problem of strong subjectivity in the selection of dimensionless methods during the comprehensive evaluation process, this paper first measures the dimensional differences among indicators, then constructs a statistical test method for the effect of dimensionlessness, and subsequently provides specific steps for dimensionless processing during the comprehensive evaluation process. Finally, the effectiveness of various dimensionless methods is tested through numerical simulation experiments. The results show that the statistical test method can make the selection of dimensionless methods more objective to improve the scientif-ic nature and accuracy of data processing.
