Research on the Information Performance Appraisal System of Universities Based on Data Assets
This article aims to research and design an operable and subjective-perception-compliant infor-matization performance appraisal system suitable for ordinary universities from the perspective of"data as-sets".Relying on data quality platforms,intelligent analysis tools,and network data security risk assessments,combined with techniques such as Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,an informatization performance appraisal system for universities is constructed.Regularly publishing informatization performance reports focuses the performance appraisal on data quality,application,security,and other aspects,which not only improves the operability of the appraisal but also enhances the persuasive-ness and credibility of the evaluation results.This system effectively promotes the innovative application of Education Informatization 2.0 and the overall reform of education and teaching.
