On Practical Path for Influencing the Rural Areas with Fine Traditional Culture of Areas of Minority Ethnic Groups
As spiritual product of human civilization,fine traditional culture of areas of minority eth-nic groups have significant functions in governance of rural areas with respect to value guidance,social identity,moral evaluation and cultural integration. To grasp the major paths for and existing problems in the philosophy of fine traditional culture of"shaping people with culture"based on a survey of the mod-ern development and practical situation of traditional culture in rural governance of areas of minority eth-nic groups,the author suggests the following measures:1) improving the cultural ecology governance mechanism to consolidate the rural cultural development foundation;2) strengthening training of rural cultural talents to promote inheritance of ethnic and folk culture;3) emphasizing integrated development of culture and tourism to advance prosperity and development of rural culture;4) expanding project fund-ing channels to guarantee cultural development support;and 5) focusing on overall and comprehensive governance to advocate scientific normalization of rural cultural construction. These measures can better guide rural cultural development and influence the rural areas with fine traditional culture to eventually realize the goal of rural revitalization.
