As a local col-lege with public funds to train normal students and qualified for the Plan,it is necessary to make a de-tailed comparative analysis of the training of the students in the public-funded normal schools and that in the Plan to clarify the relationship between the two training forms,find out their substantial differences,identify the target orientation of the Plan and promote the optimization of its training path on the basis of training students at public expense.
