摘要
栽桑养蚕的历史对整个人类文明产生了重要的影响.桑树是多年生木本植物,具有重要的经济价值、药用价值和生态价值.自 2013 年桑树基因组测序项目实施以来,桑树的研究进入了基因组学时代,为桑树的分子育种奠定了基础.本文从桑树基因组测序的实施开始,系统总结了桑树基因组学研究的最新进展,包括了测序技术、拼接策略、组装质量以及基于全基因组重测序应用等方面.未来,随着技术的不断创新,桑树基因组学研究将迎来更广阔的发展前景.本文旨在推动桑树产业的发展并为林木基因组学的研究提供理论与技术参考.
Abstract
The history of sericulture,which involves the cultivation of mulberry trees and the rearing of silkworms,has profoundly impacted human civilization.As perennial woody plants,mulberry trees hold significant economic,medicinal,and ecological value.However,molecular biological research on mulberry trees has lagged,with a relatively weak foundation.Since the implementation of the mulberry genome se-quencing project in 2013,research on mulberry trees has entered the genomics era,laying the groundwork for the molecular breeding of these plants.This article begins with the implementation of the mulberry ge-nomic research and systematically summarizes the latest developments in mulberry genomic research,in-cluding sequencing technologies,assembly strategies,quality of genome assembly,and applications based on whole-genome resequencing.In the future,with the continuous innovation of technology,mulberry genomics research will face broader development prospects.This article aims to promote the development of the mulberry industry and to provide theoretical and technical references for the study of forest genomics.
