桑树miRNAs的研究进展

摘要
小 RNA(microRNA,miRNA)在桑树的整个生长发育周期中扮演着至关重要的角色.本文从 miRNA调控桑树的生长发育、对生物胁迫和非生物胁迫的应答,以及在蚕、桑互作中的作用等方面进行了综述,通过深入分析 miRNA在这些方面的调控机制,揭示其在桑树生物学功能调节中的重要性.展望未来,对 miRNA在桑树生长发育过程中的调控研究提出了新的思路,旨在为桑树遗传改良提供指导意见,为拓展桑树的应用领域以及促进蚕桑产业的可持续发展提供参考.
Abstract
MiRNAs play pivotal roles throughout the entire growth and developmental cycle of mulberry.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the involvement of miRNAs in regulating mulberry growth and development,responses to biotic and abiotic stresses,and their role in the interaction between silk-worms and mulberry.By delving into the regulatory mechanisms of miRNAs in these aspects,the impor-tance of miRNAs in modulating the biological functions of mulberry is elucidated.Looking ahead,novel strategies for miRNA regulation in mulberry are proposed,aiming to provide guidance for genetic improve-ment and sustainable development of mulberry.This review lays a foundation for further exploration of the applications of miRNAs in the field of mulberry and serves as a reference for related research areas.
