摘要

性别决定是生物学研究领域一个基础且重要的科学问题.雄蚕与雌蚕在生理生化和经济性状方面具有差异,故家蚕性别决定一直是蚕业科学及蚕桑产业关注的重要课题.本文对家蚕的性染色体、性别决定基因、性别决定级联调控,以及家蚕性别调控在产业上的应用等研究现状进行分析和阐述,为进一步解析家蚕性别决定调控网络,阐明家蚕性别决定调控机制,以及促进其他鳞翅目昆虫性别决定研究提供参考信息和借鉴.

Abstract

Sex determination is a fundamental and important scientific issue in biological research.There are differences in physiological,biochemical and economic characters between male and female silkworms.The sex determination of silkworms has always been an important subject in sericulture science and indus-try.In this paper,studies on sex chromosome,sex-determining genes,sex-determining cascade,and the application of sex determination in the industry of silkworm were summarized to provide reference infor-mation for further analysis of sex determination regulatory network of silkworm,elucidating sex determi-nation regulatory mechanism of silkworm,and promoting the study of sex determination in other lepidop-tera insects.
