电晕人工孵化对家蚕品种"两广二号"原原种及原种主要经济性状的影响

蚕业生产中应用最多的是二化性家蚕品种,通过人工孵化技术解除其蚕卵的滞育,可以实现全年多批次养蚕.以华南蚕区现行二化性家蚕品种"两广二号"的亲本(原原种、原种)为材料,调查蚕卵经电晕人工孵化后对幼虫的生长发育、强健性以及产茧和产卵性状的影响.结果表明:电晕处理组的蚕卵孵化率与浸酸组相仿,孵化幼虫的龄期经过也相似;电晕处理组家蚕的强健性略优于浸酸处理组,产茧量也高于浸酸处理组,且有些亲本品种表现出的差异达到显著水平;原原种自交单蛾产卵量及原种杂交的单蛾产卵量在电晕处理组与浸酸处理组之间没有显著差异.这些结果证明,电晕人工孵化技术对"两广二号"原原种及原种的主要经济性状没有不良影响,可应用于家蚕种茧育.
The Effect of Corona Artificial Incubation on Main Economic Characters of the Original and Stock Seed of Liangguang No.2
At present,the bivoltine silkworm eggs is mainly used in sericulture.Relieving the diapause of silkworm eggs and achieving the effect of artificial incubation are the foundation for achieving multi batch sericulture.Using the parents of Liangguang No.2 as materials,this study investigated the effects of corona induced hatching on the growth stages,robustness,cocoon quality,and egg laying of these silk-worm varieties.The results showed that the hatching rate of silkworm eggs treated with corona was simi-lar to that treated with HCl.After rearing the hatching eggs,we found that the age stages of the corona treatment group and the HCl treatment group were similar.The health of the corona treated group was better than that of the HCl treatment group,but the difference was not significant.The cocoon yield of the silkworm treated with Corona was higher than that of the silkworm treated with HCl,and some varieties showed significant difference.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number of eggs laid by the original self-bred moth and the hybrid moth.These results proved that the corona artificial incubation technology had no adverse effect on the main economic characters of the parents of Liangguang No.2,and this technology can be applied to the parent silkworm rearing.
