摘要

运用纵向单案例研究方法,以一汽红旗品牌为例,本文对传统制造业企业数字创业机会共创机理进行研究.研究表明,传统制造业企业的数字创业机会共创过程符合效果逻辑,形成"业务驱动型数字创业机会共创"以及"创新驱动型数字创业机会共创"两条路径.最终构建了传统制造业企业的"情景—数字创业机会集—数字创业机会共创路径—数字创业机会共创结果"机理模型.

Abstract

Using the longitudinal single-case study method,the co-creation mechanism of digital entrepreneurship opportunities of traditional manufacturing enterprises is studied based on the FAW Hongqi brand.The research shows that the co-creation process of digital entrepreneurship opportunities in traditional manufacturing enterprises conforms to the logic of effectuation,forming two paths:"business-driven digital entrepreneurship opportunity co-creation"and"innovation-driven digital entrepreneurship opportunity co-creation".Finally,the mechanism model of"scenario-digital entrepreneurship opportunity set-digital entrepreneurship opportunity co-creation path-digital entrepreneurship opportunity co-creation result"of traditional manufacturing enterprises is constructed.
