45℃贮藏对超干处理披碱草种子生理生化特性的影响

选用超干处理不同种子含水量为1.256%、2.579%、3.825%、4.474%和未处理9.030%(CK)的披碱草种子置于45℃下贮藏,测定种子发芽率,电导率,酶活性及丙二醛含量.结果表明,贮藏1年,CK的发芽率为0,超干各处理的发芽率为42%~44%,综合所测指标,含水量2.579%是披碱草种子在45℃贮藏的最适含水量,未处理的种子不利于保存.
Effects of ultra-dry storge on physiological and biochemical characteristics of Elymus seed with different water content
Physiological and biochemical characteristics of Elymus seed, with different water content(1. 256% ,2.579% ,3.825% ,4. 474% and 9. 030 %)stored at 45 ℃ were tesed. The results showed that the optimum moisture content of Elymus seed, storedat 45 ℃ with interval of short term(1 year), was 2. 579%. Moreover, characteristics of Electric conductivity,SOD,POD,MDA and CAT activities of Elymus seed,with different water content stored at 45 ℃ ,were showed in the present paper as well.
