单宁酸对红色和绿色豌豆蚜酶活性的影响

[目的]明确单宁酸对红色和绿色豌豆蚜酶活性的影响.[方法]设不同浓度单宁酸(1 mg/L、3 mg/L、5 mg/L)分别饲喂两种色型的5 d龄豌豆蚜,处理不同时间后测定豌豆蚜体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、羧酸酯酶(CarE)及细胞色素P450s酶(CYP450)活性.[结果]豌豆蚜取食不同浓度单宁酸后,体内4种酶的响应程度不同.红色型豌豆蚜CarE与CYP450酶活性均在24 h处理的单宁酸浓度为3 mg/L时达最大值,分别为(0.029±0.002)μmol/(μg·min)和(0.006±0.0009)μmol/(μg·min),和对照间差异显著(P<0.05);绿色型豌豆蚜SOD与POD酶活性均在72 h处理的单宁酸浓度为3 mg/L时最高,分别达(0.028±0.004)μg/mg和(1.679±0.172)μg/(mg·min),和单宁酸浓度为5 mg/L的处理间差异显著(P<0.05).[结论]红色和绿色豌豆蚜取食不同浓度单宁酸后,体内SOD、POD、CarE和CYP450酶活性均有不同程度的影响;相同处理时间,同种酶的活性在红绿色型豌豆蚜内的升高或降低程度不同;同种色型豌豆蚜取食不同浓度单宁酸后,体内不同酶的活性变化不同.
Effects of tannic acid on the enzymatic activity of red and green pea aphids (Acyrthosiphon pisum)
[Objective]In order to determine the effects of tannic acid on the enzymatic activity of red and green Acyrthosiphon pisum.[Method]In this study,different concentrations of tannic acid (1 mg/L,3 mg/L and 5 mg/L) were fed with two color types of 5 d-aged pea aphid. SOD,POD,CarE and P450s enzyme activities in pea aphid were measured following different treatment times.[Result]The four enzymes responded differently to the different concentrations of tannic acid. With 24 h treatment,the maximum enzyme activities of CarE enzyme and P450 were 0.029±0.002 μmol/(μg·min) and 0.006±0.0009 μmol/(μg·min),respectively,which were significantly different (P<0.05),when tannic acid concentration was 3 mg/L. The enzyme activities of SOD and POD of green A. pisum were the highest and reached 0.028±0.004 μg/mg and 1.679±0.172 μg/(mg·min),respectively,when tannic acid concentration was 3 mg/L at 72 h. These were significantly different from tannic acid concentration of 5 mg/L treat-ment (P<0.05).[Conclusion]The different concentrations of tannic acid affected the activities of SOD,POD,CarE and P450 in red and green A. pisum . With the same treatment time,the activity of the same enzyme increased or de-creased to different degrees in the red and green type A. pisum.The activities of different enzymes in different concen-trations of tannic acid were different in the same type of A. pisum.
