摘要

以过硫酸铵为氧化剂、硫酸为掺杂酸,采用化学氧化聚合法制备聚苯胺粉末;以同样的氧化剂和掺杂酸,采用原位聚合法(现场吸附聚合法)制备聚苯胺/涤纶复合导电纤维。采用扫描电子显微镜和万用表对聚苯胺粉末以及聚苯胺/涤纶复合导电纤维的结构和导电性能进行测试。研究过硫酸铵与苯胺单体摩尔比和硫酸浓度对复合导电纤维导电性能和结构的影响。得到制备聚苯胺和聚苯胺/涤纶复合导电纤维的最佳工艺条件为:过硫酸铵/苯胺单体摩尔比1∶1,硫酸浓度1.0 mol/L,反应时间6 h,反应温度15~25℃。

Abstract

Polyaniline was prepared through the chemical oxidation synthesis using ammonium persulfate as oxidant and sulfuric acid as mixed acid .Polyaniline/polyester compound conductive fiber was also prepared by in-situ polymerization synthesis , using the same mixed acid and oxidant .Furthermore the structure and conductive property of the two fibers were examined by SEM and multimeter .The influence of mixed acid concentration and oxidant concentration on its conductivity and structure were studied comparatively . The best fomula is the molar ratio of ammonium persulfate and aniline being 1∶1 , the concentration of sulfuric acid being 1.0 mol/L, the reaction time being 6 h, the reaction temperature being 15~25℃.
