摘要

针对一代降温背心在环境温度 40℃以上降温效果不明显的问题,分别对其温控系统主机的核心元件、蓄电池和降温服进行优化,制成新型降温背心——新型智能化温控复合降温背心,以减轻轮船轮机员作业时的热负荷.选择 10 名受试者在 37、41 和 45℃的高温模拟环境下,穿着工作状态和非工作状态的新型智能化温控复合降温背心,测试并评价其降温效果.结果表明:新型智能化温控复合降温背心在40℃以上环境温度中仍有显著的降温效果,且在不同的试验环境温度中,受试者穿着工作状态的新型降温背心的各项生理指标均有显著和非常显著性的降低,主观舒适度评分也明显低于穿着非工作状态新型降温背心的评分(P<0.05),人体舒适度提高.该新型降温背心设计合理,能有效减少人体热应激,具有良好的降温效果.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that the cooling effect of the first generation cooling vest was not obvious when the ambient temperature was above 40℃,the core component,battery and cooling suit of the host of the temperature control system were optimized,and the new cooling vest,a new type of intelligent temperature-controlled composite cooling vest,was made,in order to reduce the heat load of ship engineers during operation.Ten subjects were selected to wear the new intelligent temperature-controlled composite cooling vest in working and non-working state under the high temperature simulated environments of 37,41 and 45℃to test and evaluate their cooling effects.The results showed that,the new intelligent temperature-controlled composite cooling vest still had a significant cooling effect in ambient temperatures above 40℃,and in different experimental ambient temperatures,the physiological indexes of the subjects wearing the new cooling vest in the working state were significantly and very significantly reduced,and the subjective comfort scores were also lower than those of the subjects wearing the new cooling vest in non-working state(P<0.05),and the human comfort was improved.The new cooling vest is reasonably designed,which can effectively reduce the human body heat stress load and has a good cooling effect.
