舒适型化学防护服织物的研发与性能测试

为解决现有化学防护服防护性能与舒适性难以兼备的问题,以功能性织物为外层材料,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微纳米纤维膜为阻隔层材料,单向导湿织物为里层材料,采用热熔胶膜黏合工艺对其进行复合,开发舒适型化学防护服用多层复合型化学防护材料.对多层复合型化学防护材料的性能进行测试,并与3种市售防护服材料进行对比.研究结果表明,所开发的防护服材料在具备高效阻隔作用的同时,具有良好的柔软、透气、透湿等舒适性.研究为进一步开发舒适型化学防护服提供参考.
Development and performance testing of comfortable chemical protective clothing fabrics
In order to solve the problem that the protection performance and comfort of the existing chemical protective clothing are difficult to combine, the comfortable multi-layer composite chemical protective materials for chemical protective clothing were developed through using functional fabric as the outer material, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) micro-nano fiber film as the barrier material, and single guide wet fabric as the inner layer material, combined with the hot melt adhesive film process. The properties of the multi-layer composite chemical protective material were tested and compared with those of 3 kinds of commercially available protective clothing fabrics. The results showed that the developed protective clothing materials had high efficiency barrier effect, and good comfort such as soft, breathable and moisture permeable. The study provides references for further development of comfortable chemical protective clothing.
