簇绒地毯翘曲问题解决方法

摘要
簇绒地毯的翘曲影响数码印花机机头打印高度,进而影响成品地毯色相的准确性.此外,翘曲还影响成品地毯铺装的平整度,导致成品地毯在使用过程中埋下安全隐患.对比研究了簇绒地毯二级底背收缩率、拉幅机压边宽度、烘干温度这 3 项工艺参数对簇绒地毯翘曲的影响.结果表明:选取改进后的二级底背,压边宽度为 3.5 cm,烘干温度为 155～160℃时,簇绒地毯的翘曲达到了国际、国家标准对翘曲指标的要求,很好地解决了簇绒地毯翘曲的问题.
Abstract
The warping of tufted carpets affects the printing height of the digital printing machine head,and then affects the accuracy of the finished carpet hue.In addition,warping also affects the flatness of the finished carpet paving,so that the finished carpet in the process of use buries safety hazards.The effects of three process parameters,shrinkage rate of secondary bottom,width of stenter pressing edge and drying temperature on warping of tufted carpet were studied.The results showed that the warping of tufted carpet could meet the requirement of international national standards for warping index when the improved secondary bottom back was selected,the width of pressing edge was at 3.5 cm,and the drying temperature was at 155～160℃,which solved the warping problem of tufted carpet well.
