为制备兼具良好力学性能和导流性能的消毒吸附干巾表层材料,将黏胶纤维和ES纤维混合,通过热轧非织造加固工艺制备黏胶/ES纤维热轧消毒吸附干巾表层材料.通过单因素试验,探讨黏胶纤维和ES纤维混合比例及热轧温度对材料力学性能和导流性能的影响.结果显示:纤维混合比例与热轧温度均显著影响材料的力学性能与导流性能,优化的工艺参数为黏胶纤维和ES纤维质量比20/80、热轧温度135℃.采用优化工艺参数制备的热轧消毒吸附干巾表层材料,其纵横向断裂强力分别为88.16 N和36.82 N,吸液率为751%,扩散长度为18.1 cm,渗水面浸湿时间为2.25 s,上下层吸水速率分别为26.19%/s和65.61%/s,上下层液态水扩散速度分别为3.96 mm/s和6.54 mm/s,单向传递指数为962,兼具良好的力学性能和导流性能.
Preparation and properties analysis of surface materials of viscose/ES fibers hot rolled disinfected adsorbent dry towel
To prepare the surface materials of the disinfected adsorbent dry towel with good mechanical properties and conductivity,the surface materials of disinfected adsorbent dry towel was prepared by mixing viscose fibers and ES fibers through the hot rolled nonwoven reinforcement process.The effects of fiber mixing ratio and hot rolling temperature on mechanical properties and conductivity of the material were investigated by single factor test.The results showed that the mechanical properties and conductivity of the materials were significantly affected by fiber mixing ratio and hot rolling temperature.The optimized process parameters were mass ratio of viscose fiber to ES fiber at 20/80 and hot rolling temperature at 135 ℃.The longitudinal and transverse breaking strengths of the surface materials of the hot rolled disinfected adsorbent dry towel prepared with optimized process parameters were 88.16 N and 36.82 N,respectively,with the absorption rate of 751%,the diffusion length of 18.1 cm,a soaking time of the permeable surface of 2.25 s,and the absorption rates of the upper and lower layers were 26.19%/s and 65.61%/s,the diffusion velocities of the upper and lower layers were 3.96 mm/s and 6.54 mm/s,respectively,and the unidirectional transfer index was 962,which had good mechanical properties and conductivity.
