高强型可再生HMLS涤纶工业丝的制备及其浸胶帘布开发

为开发高强度的可再生高模低收缩(HMLS)涤纶浸胶帘布,以高黏度再生聚酯切片为原料,通过降低熔体温度、提高纺丝速度等优化措施,制备线密度为1100 dtex的高强型物理法可再生涤纶工业丝和高强型化学法可再生涤纶工业丝,再经织造与浸胶工序,制备高强型可再生涤纶浸胶帘布产品,并与高强型原生涤纶浸胶帘布进行物理性能、耐疲劳性能及黏合性能的对比.研究结果表明,制备的高强型物理法可再生涤纶浸胶帘布的强力、尺寸稳定性、耐疲劳性能、黏合性能相较于高强型原生涤纶浸胶帘布的略显不足;高强型化学法可再生涤纶浸胶帘布则表现出与高强型原生涤纶浸胶帘布相近的性能,实现了预期的研发目标.
Preparation of high strength recycled HMLS polyester industrial yarns and development of polyester dipped fabrics
In order to develop high strength recycled high modulus low shrinkage (HMLS) polyester dipped fabric,high viscosity recycled polyester chips were used as raw materials,by reducing melt temperature,increasing spinning speed and other optimization measures,high strength physical recycled HMLS polyester industrial yarns and high strength chemical recycled HMLS polyester industrial yarns with linear density of 1100 dtex were prepared.High strength recycled polyester dipped fabrics were developed by weaving and dipping processes,and compared with high strength virgin polyester dipped fabrics,focusing on their physical properties,fatigue resistance and adhesion performance.The results showed that the strength,dimensional stability,fatigue resistance,and adhesion performance of high strength physical recycled polyester dipped fabrics were relatively poor compared to those of high strength virgin polyester dipped fabrics.However,the properties of high strength chemical recycled polyester dipped fabrics were similar to those of high strength virgin polyester dipped fabrics,and the expected goal was basically achieved.
