超细纤维合成革(超纤革)是天然皮革的理想替代材料.超纤革与天然皮革的结构差异导致其透湿、透气性能与天然皮革相比还存在一些不足.介绍超纤革的结构及组成,分析其透湿、透气性能的影响因素及提升措施,阐述基布改性、聚氨酯膜改性及上浆整理对超纤革透湿、透气性能的影响,归纳总结当前超纤革改性方法的优缺点,并对后续超纤革透湿、透气性能的进一步提升研究提出展望.
Research progress on moisture permeability and air permeability of microfiber synthetic leather
Microfiber synthetic leather(microfiber leather)is an ideal alternative to natural leather.The structural difference leads to a few drawbacks in moisture permeability and air permeability between microfiber leather and natural leather.The structure and composition of microfiber leather were introduced,the influencing factors and improving measures of its moisture permeability and air permeability were analyzed,the effects of base modification,polyurethane film modification and sizing on the moisture permeability and air permeability of microfiber leather were expounded.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of current modification methods of microfiber leather were summarized,and the prospect of further research on improvement of moisture permeability and air permeability of microfiber leather was put forward.
