湿法玻纤滤纸多分散气溶胶过滤性能的比较与分析

目前已有关于呼吸防护滤材的大量研究,但气溶胶过滤标准化测试所用多分散性气溶胶的颗粒物直径分布及滤材的分级过滤特性未见报道.选取3 种不同等级的湿法玻纤滤纸并对其滤材结构进行表征,采用PMFT 1000 测试台测试标准条件下氯化钠气溶胶与石蜡油气溶胶的粒径分布,以及 3 种湿法玻纤滤纸的计数过滤效率、过滤阻力、分级过滤效率与计重过滤效率,并与 8130A测试台的测试结果进行对比.研究结果表明,高等级的湿法玻纤滤纸在全粒径范围内具有更高的分级过滤效率;湿法玻纤滤纸的最易穿透粒径与滤纸自身结构关联性低.滤材分级过滤效率与计重过滤效率指标使呼吸防护滤材的性能评价更为全面.
Poly-dispersed aerosol filtration performance of wet-laid glass-fiber filter papers:comparison and analysis
Lots of work focus on the breath protection filters,however,the particle size distribution of poly-dispersed aerosol used in standard aerosol filtration testing and the fractional filtration characteristics of filters have not been reported.Wet-laid glass-fiber filter papers with 3 different grades were selected,and their structural factors were tested.The particle size distribution of NaCl aerosol and paraffin oil aerosol was characterized by PMFT 1000 filter tester.The number filtration efficiency,pressure drop,fractional filtration efficiency and mass filtration efficiency were also measured.Control tests were conducted using 8130A filter tester.It shows that the higher-grade wet-laid glass-fiber filter paper exhibits higher fractional filtration efficiency at the full detected particle size range.The correlation between the most penetrating particle size and the filter paper structure is low.The fractional filtration efficiency and mass filtration efficiency indicators provide a more comprehensive evaluation of breath protection filters.
