光致变色苎麻花式纱的制备及性能

摘要
以苎麻纱和光致变色涤纶长丝为原料制备光致变色苎麻花式纱.通过单因素试验探讨捻度、前罗拉超喂比和张力倍数对光致变色苎麻花式纱变色效果的影响,得到优化的制备工艺参数为捻度 70 捻/(10 cm)、前罗拉超喂比 1.15、张力倍数 1.0.对基于该优化工艺制备的光致变色苎麻花式纱的光致变色性能、力学性能和条干均匀度等进行测试与分析,结果表明:制备的光致变色苎麻花式纱表现出良好的光致变色性能,其力学性能和条干均匀度较好.同时,以该花式纱为纬纱织制的织物光致变色效果明显,褪色迅速.
Abstract
Photochromic ramie fancy yarns were prepared using ramie yarns and photochromic polyester filaments as raw materials.The effects of twist,overfeeding ratio of front roller and tension multiple on photochromatic ramie fancy yarns were investigated through single factor test.The optimized preparation process parameters were as follows:the twist was 70 twists/(10 cm),the overfeeding ratio of front roller was 1.15,and the tension multiple was 1.0.The photochromic properties,mechanical properties and evenness of the photochromic ramie fancy yarn prepared by the optimized process were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the prepared photochromic ramie fancy yarn showed good photochromic properties,mechanical properties and yarn evenness.At the same time,the fabric woven with the fancy yarn as the weft yarn had obvious photochromic effect and rapid fading.
