Talent comes first in rural revitalization,and design talents are the key factor in rural revitalization.As a talent exporter,general universities should cultivate a large number of design talents with deep local sentiments,so that design can empower rural revitalization and continuously strengthen talent support for rural revitalization.This article analyzes the current status of the training of design talents in ordinary universities in the current process of rural revitalization.Through strategic exploration,a training model for localized design talents in ordinary universities is proposed.Four aspects,cultivating students with superb technology,excellent artistic ability,correct value guidance and feelings rooted in the countryside.By integrating local cultural identity with the training of design talents,we can better adapt to and promote the actual needs of rural revitalization,achieve an organic combination of rural context and design innovation,promote the sustainable development of rural revitalization,and effectively promote local cultural identity and design.Integration of talent training.
