基于热力耦合的连杆锻造毛坯优化模拟

针对连杆锻造中高能耗、材料利用率低且成型中易出现“缺料”和“折叠”等缺陷,利用有限元软件Deform-3D模拟分析连杆锻造成型过程,预测成型中材料流动、填充、应力、应变、载荷和温度场的变化趋势,探讨并优化坯料形状对连杆成型性能的影响规律,为连杆锻造工艺制订和模具设计提供参考。
Simulating Optimization of Forging Blanks of Connecting Rod Under Thermo-mechanical Loading
For such problem as high energy consumption,low materials utility,underfilling and folding identified with forging blanks of connecting rod at present,the finite element software Deform-3D is used for simulation and analysis of the connecting rod pre-forging and final forging process.The filling,stress,strain, load and temperature change trend of connecting rod are demonstrated.The influence of connecting rod blank shape on the forming performance is analyzed which provide reference for the planning and die design of the connecting rod forging process.
