考虑桁架钢筋节点间距的叠合板批量吊点验算与寻优

针对目前桁架钢筋混凝土叠合板吊点优化时未考虑桁架上弦节点间距的问题,提出根据桁架上弦节点间距、力学标准吊点批量构建不同尺寸叠合板平行桁架方向的吊点区间与位置矩阵,以脱模时混凝土受拉正应力最大值相对较小的情况判定吊点最优,并基于MATLAB软件对630 个叠合板数值算例进行验证.结果表明:该方法可批量定位叠合板平行桁架方向力学标准吊点左右桁架钢筋波峰处,并判别最优吊点;4 点最优起吊下,常规叠合板混凝土受拉正应力最大值相比吊点非最优时降低0.1%~41.2%.
Check and Optimization of Lifting Points for Reinforced Concrete Composite Slabs Considering the Spacing Between Truss Rebar Nodes in Batches
Aiming at the problem that the current optimization of truss reinforced concrete composite slabs does not take into account the chord node spacing of the upper truss,it is proposed that according to the chord node spacing of the upper truss and the mechanical standard lifting points,the lifting point interval and position matrix of the parallel truss direction of the composite slabs of different sizes are constructed in batches.When the maximum tensile normal stress of concrete is relatively small,the optimal lifting points are determined.It is verified by 630 numerical examples of composite slabs based on MATLAB software.The results show that this method can locate the crests of the steel bars on the left and right trusses of the me-chanical standard lifting points in the direction parallel to the truss of the composite slabs in batches,and de-termine the optimal lifting points.Under the four-point optimal lifting,the maximum tensile normal stress of normal composite slab concrete decreases by 0.1%to 41.2%compared with that under the non-optimal point lifting.
