Effects of Solvation Structure of Sodium Ion Battery Electrolytes on SEI
In SIBs,the electrolyte and the solvent structure significantly influence the formation and composition of the solid electrolyte interface(SEI),directly impacting the electrochemical performance of the SIBs.This review aims to explore in depth the mechanism by which the solvation structure in sodium ion battery electrolytes affects the SEI properties and battery performance.Through a summary of recent resear-ches on the solvation structure of high concentration electrolytes,the effects of solvent concentration,type,and solvation structure on SEI are explored.The structure-activity relationship between anions and ca-tions,solvent intermolecular interactions,and sodium ion battery performance in electrolytes are also elucidated.
