基于冲击强度的聚丙烯紫外老化构效分析

结合FTIR、DSC表征和冲击强度测试,研究紫外老化过程中聚丙烯(PP)结晶度和羰基指数的变化及其对冲击强度的影响,并构建方程进一步分析上述构效关系.结果表明:随着老化时间的延长,PP的冲击强度先因羰基指数和结晶度的增加而快速下降,后因结晶度的减少而减缓进一步下降的速度;PP的结晶度对冲击强度的影响随着老化时间的延长而下降,羰基指数则相反;直到老化325 h左右,PP的结晶度对拉伸强度的影响仍不容忽视.
Structure Activity Relationship Analysis of Polypropylene During Ultraviolet Aging Based on Impact Strength
Combined with FTIR,DSC characterization and impact strength testing,variations of both crystallinity and carbonyl index of polypropylene(PP)during ultraviolet(UV)aging and their effects on im-pact strength were researched.And this structure activity relationship was further analyzed through equation established.The results show that,with the extending of aging time,the impact strength of PP declines fast with the increase of both crystallinity and carbonyl index firstly,and then slows for the decrease of crystal-linity.With the extending of aging time,the influence of crystallinity on impact strength of PP declines,while that of carbonyl index is on the contrary.The effect of crystallinity on impact strength of PP still can not be ignored while aging time is more than about 325 h.
