Empirical Analysis of Satisfaction of Automotive Service Engineering Students Based on AMOS
Combined with the CCSI model,a professional satisfaction index model with 6 latent varia-bles and 19 observation variables was constructed,and 196 valid questionnaire data were obtained through the survey of the students enrolled in the major.A structural equation modeling analysis using AMOS con-cludes that school/professional image,perceived value of the profession,and perceived quality of the pro-fession have positive effect on professional satisfaction.Through the path analysis,the improvement sugges-tions are put forward such as improving personality development and expanding extracurricular activities,op-timizing the sequence of professional courses and incremental mastery of professional knowledge,deepening the content of innovative practice and improving the quality of professional students,and strengthening the employment publicity and raising professional awareness.
