Emergency Response Technology for Water and Sand Gushing at the Tunnel Entrance During the Dismantling of Steel Sleeves
The geological conditions and surrounding environment of a subway station in Nantong are complex. In response to the danger of water and sand gushing below the tunnel entrance, emergency response measures such as filling and pouring concrete with sandbag cofferdam, continuously injecting polyurethane into the ground and tunnel, adding temporary steel pipe support and grouting reinforcement inside the tun-nel,detecting and grouting reinforcement of road voids are adopted.Practice has shown that continuous in-jection of high-performance polyurethane with concrete back pressure is the key to rapid sealing.Grouting reinforcement inside and outside the tunnel can effectively control geological deformation, and temporary steel pipe support reinforcement helps to control structural deformation of the tunnel.
