摘要
对大学生就业观调查结果使用层次分析法(AHP)分析发现,当代大学生在就业时注重实用主义和功利主义,弱化奋斗精神,强调个体利益,缺乏奉献精神,亟须红色文化的滋养.红色文化具有强大的铸魂育人功能,是培育大学生理想信念的精神坐标、担当责任的精神动力、艰苦奋斗的精神支柱,为大学生就业观的培育提供理论支撑和实践指导.在红色文化培育大学生就业观的过程中,要坚守住校园主阵地、依托网络新载体,搭建实践大舞台,引领大学生形成正确的就业观.
Abstract
Through the analysis of the survey results of college students'employment view by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),it is found that contemporary college students pay attention to pragmatism and utili-tarianism,weaken the spirit of struggle,emphasize individual interests,lack the spirit of dedication,and need the nourishment of red culture.Red culture has a powerful function of casting souls and educating people.It is the spiritual coordinate of cultivating college students'ideals and beliefs,the spiritual motivation of taking re-sponsibility,and the spiritual pillar of hard work.It provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the cultivation of college students'employment view.In the process of cultivating the employment view of col-lege students in red culture,we should stick to the main position of campus,rely on the new carrier of net-work,build a big stage of practice,and lead college students to form a correct employment view.
