Research on the Evaluation System of Employment Quality for College Graduates Based on CIPP Model
Introducing the CIPP model into the evaluation system of employment quality of college graduates,with the help of the theoretical framework of"Context Evaluation,Input Evaluation,Process Evaluation,and Product Evaluation",the four first-level indicators and thirteen second-level indicators,in-cluding"employment guidance foundation,employment guidance resources,employment guidance process,and employment guidance benefits",are determined.It is necessary to establish an evaluation system for the employment quality of college graduates,and use the hierarchical analysis method to determine the weights of indicators.Combined with the typical case analysis,it is found that the introduction of CIPP model can solve the problem of one-sided setting of evaluation indexes,which is suitable for the complexity of the evaluation system of the employment quality of college graduates and meets the requirements of improving the quality of employment of graduates,and has feasibility.
