地方高校科研管理工作的创新路径

摘要
地方高校创新科研管理工作是激励科研人员和科研管理队伍健康成长的必要手段,是科研实力不断提升的必要途径,也是促进科研成果转化的必要保障.针对当前地方高校科研管理工作中存在的实际问题,提出建立完善的科研管理规章制度、科学合理的科研成果评价体系、密切的校企合作机制、良好的科研诚信环境、专业化的科研管理队伍和开展具有地方特色的科研工作等措施,以促进地方高校科研工作高质量、可持续发展.
Abstract
Innovative scientific research management in local universities is a necessary means to stimu-late the healthy growth of scientific research personnel and scientific research management team,a necessary way to continuously improve scientific research strength,and a necessary guarantee to promote the transfor-mation of scientific research results.In view of the practical problems existing in the current scientific re-search management in local universities,the measures such as establishing perfect scientific research ma-nagement rules and regulations,scientific and reasonable evaluation system of scientific research achieve-ments,close school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,good scientific research integrity environment,pro-fessional scientific research management team and carrying out scientific research with local characteristics are proposed to promote the high quality and sustainable development of scientific research in local universi-ties.
