面向产教融合的工科毕业设计教学改革与实践

针对当前工科毕业设计教学不适应产业需求和发展等问题,以工科电气工程及其自动化专业为例,联合世界500 强施耐德电气公司,实施具有产教融合特色的毕业设计教学改革,即教学要求与产业需求相融合,教学资源与产业资源相融合,教学设计与生产研发相融合,思政教育与企业文化相融合,考核方式与人才招聘相融合.教学改革实践证明,与以往的教学相比,改革不仅创新了教学方法及教学平台,提高了学生的工程能力和就业竞争力,同时也获得了企业较高的认可度和满意度.
Teaching Reformation of Engineering Graduation Project for Integration of Engineering Education with Industry
Integration of engineering education with industry is the mutual integration and interactive development of production and teaching.It is an important method and strategy to solve the contradiction between industrial upgrading and transformation and talent demand.Aimed at the current engineering gradu-ation design teaching not adapting to the industrial demand and development and other problems,taking the engineering electrical engineering and automation major as an example,the graduation design teaching re-form with the characteristics of industry-teaching integration has been implemented in conjunction with Schneider Electric,one of the world's top 500 companies.That is to say,teaching requirements are integra-ted with industrial demands,teaching resources are integrated with industrial resources,teaching design is integrated with production research and development,civic education is integrated with corporate culture,and assessment methods are integrated with talent recruitment.Teaching reform practice has proved that,compared with the previous teaching,the reform not only innovates the teaching method and teaching plat-form,improves the engineering ability and employment competitiveness of the students,but also obtains a high degree of recognition and satisfaction from enterprises.
