摘要

借助COMSOL有限元仿真软件建模,通过改变接触面的接触半径,将接触面积率作为设计参数,并在瞬时激励下激发应力波,使结构表面的压电片产生电压信号.通过分析电压信号得到应力波在不同接触面积率下的透射系数R,采用最小二乘法拟合得到接触面积率与等效刚度的关系,并结合应力波通过接触面的透射系数的解析解,测定真实接触面积.将此方法应用于钢结构柱节点连接板接触面积检测中,接触面积率检测的绝对误差在0.06%~4.75%,证明了此方法的有效性.

Abstract

The COMSOL finite element simulation software is used for modeling,and the contact area ratio is taken as the design parameter by changing the contact radius of the contact surface. Under the instan-taneous excitation,the stress wave is excited,which causes the piezoelectric plate on the surface of the structure to generate a voltage signal. The transmission coefficient of stress wave under different contact area ratio is obtained by analyzing the voltage signal. The relationship between the contact area ratio and the transmission coefficient is obtained by Ordinary Least Square(OLS). Then real contact area is determined by combining the analytical solution of the transmission coefficient of the stress wave through the contact surface. Applying this method to the detection of the contact area of the steel structure column node connec-tion plate,the absolute error of the contact area rate detection in the experimental design is 0.06%-4.75%,which has proven the effectiveness of this method.
