电动汽车轮毂电机多物理场耦合特性分析研究综述

轮毂电机控制灵活,传动高效,占用空间少,一直是国内外的研究热点,但其在运行过程中存在温升和振动噪声问题.文章综述了轮毂电机电磁场、温度场、流场等的分析方法,总结了轮毂电机在温升和振动噪声下多物理场耦合相互影响、相互制约的研究现状,并对多物理场耦合特性分析的发展趋势进行展望.
A Review of Multi-physical Field Coupling Characteristics Analysis in Electric Vehicle Hub Motors
Wheel hub motor control is flexible,efficient in transmission,and occupies less space,which has always been a research hotspot at home and abroad. However,there are temperature rise and vi-bration and noise problems during operation. The analysis methods of the electromagnetic field,temperature field,and fluid field of the wheel hub motor are reviewed,and the research status of the mutual influence and mutual restraint between the temperature rise and vibration and noise of the wheel hub motor in multiple physical fields coupling are summarized. The development trend of the multi-physical field coupling charac-teristic analysis is also prospected.
