基于扎根理论的全过程咨询服务质量影响因素研究

为提升我国全过程咨询服务质量,改善监理现状,从监理转型视角探究其影响因素.依据扎根理论,以监理转型全过程咨询为切入点进行三级编码并提取核心范畴,在TOE理论的基础上,引入人力资本因素,构建影响全过程咨询服务质量的THOE理论分析框架.研究结果表明:技术因素、人力资本因素、组织因素、环境因素对全过程咨询的服务质量有显著影响.旨在厘清全过程咨询服务质量的影响因素,为企业开展全过程咨询、提升服务质量提供理论参考.
Research on the Factors Influencing the Quality of Whole-process Consulting Services Based on Grounded Theory
In order to enhance the quality of whole-process consulting services and improve the status of supervision in China,the influencing factors are explored from the perspective of supervision transformation. Based on the grounded theory,taken the transformation of supervision to the whole process consultation as the entry point,the three-level coding is carried out and the core category is extracted. On the basis of the TOE theory,the human capital factor is introduced to construct the THOE theoretical analysis framework that affects the quality of the whole process consultation service. The results show that technical factors,hu-man capital factors,organizational factors and environmental factors have a significant impact on the service quality of whole-process consulting. The influencing factors of the whole-process consulting service quality are clarified to provide theoretical references for enterprises to carry out whole-process consulting and im-prove their service quality.
