Through the analysis of the dilemma and the way out of the development of rural e-com-merce logistics from the perspective of supply chain management,it is helpful to have a clearer understan-ding of the driving force and positioning point of the current rural e-commerce logistics development. In view of the current problems existing in the development of rural e-commerce logistics in terms of basic fa-cilities,enterprise sinking,information development and product circulation,it is proposed to improve the basic supporting facilities,enhance exchanges between logistics enterprises,promote the sinking of scientific and technological information and promote the two-way complementation of products. Targeted strategies will ultimately promote the steady development of rural e-commerce logistics.
