在常地方本科高校服务新能源之都的路径研究——基于在常新能源产业相关企业的调查分析

摘要
基于对在常56家新能源企业的问卷调查,了解在常新能源企业与在常地方本科高校的产教融合情况及对地方本科高校人才培养的需求,总结分析在常地方本科高校融入"新能源之都"建设过程中在学科专业布局、人才培养质量、科技创新能力及科技成果转化、产教融合等方面的不足.提出在常地方本科高校应通过服务产业链、优化教育链、激活创新链、布局人才链、完善政策链等措施,提高服务地方产业发展的能力和水平.
Abstract
The study is based on a questionnaire survey of 56 new energy enterprises in Changzhou,in order to understand the integration of industry and education between new energy enterprises in Changzhou and local universities,as well as the demand for talent cultivation in local undergraduate universities.It sum-marizes and analyzes the shortcomings of local undergraduate universities in integrating into the construction of the"New Energy City"in terms of disciplines and professional layout,talent cultivation quality,scienti-fic and technological innovation capabilities,scientific and technological achievement transformation,and industry education integration.It is proposed that local undergraduate universities should improve their abili-ty and level to serve the development of local industries by serving the industry chain,optimizing the educa-tion chain,activating the innovation chain,laying out the talent chain,improving the policy chain.
