可变轨迹重力势能驱动车的结构设计与分析

摘要
基于2021年中国大学生工程实践与创新能力大赛势能驱动车赛道竞赛要求,利用Solid Works、Creo、Matlab等软件对驱动车进行分析与整体设计,提出一种控制驱动车运行方向的大凸轮创新设计方案,并设计了 一种由重力势能驱动的三轮车.该车可通过更换部分机构,实现初赛规定的S环形运行轨迹与决赛规定S环形8字形交替运行轨迹的转换.
Abstract
Based on the requirements of the potential energy driven vehicle race track of the 2021 China College Students Engineering Practice and Innovation Ability Competition,through the analysis of the driving vehicle's running track,using SolidWorks,Creo,Matlab and other software to carry out the overall design and analysis of the driven vehicle,an innovative design scheme of large cam controlling the direction of driven vehicle is presented,and a three-wheel structure driven vehicle with gravitational potential energy as the energy source is designed.The vehicle can be replaced by some agencies,implementation S trajectory of circular trajectory and comprehensive transformation.
