摘要
采用层次分析法对石材生产线的3种布局方案进行了评估.建立石材生产线布局方案的评价结构模型,计算不同层次评价指标的权重,对石材生产线布局方案进行评估,为实际生产线的建设提供依据.结果表明,基于层次分析法确定各评价指标权重的方法具有一定的实用价值,且能够为类似生产线优化布局的研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
As an important part of workshop logistics,the layout of production line facilities is one of the key factors affecting the work efficiency of stone production line.In this paper,three different production line layout schemes using analytic hierarchy process,which establishes the corresponding evaluation index model,calculates the weight of different levels of evaluation index,evaluates the reasonable stone production line workshop facility layout,provides a basis for the construction of the actual production line.The method of determining the weight of each evaluation index based on analytic hierarchy process has certain practical value,which can provide reference for the research of similar production line layout planning.
