摘要
基于国内常见抽水蓄能机组机械制动系统的工作原理,分析了抽水蓄能机组高速加闸或带闸启动时机械制动系统的常见故障,从设计、管理及控制等方面提出了机械制动系统的优化措施,以期提高抽水蓄能机组启停的安全性.
Abstract
Aiming at the mechanical brake system of common pumped storage units in China,the failure causes of the mechanical brake system are explored.According to the working principle,the common failures during the high-speed brake or brake start of the unit are analysed.Optimization measures are proposed from the aspects of management,design and control logic to improve the start-stop safety of pumped storage units and provide reference suggestions.
