Influence Analysis of Different Temperature Curing Water on the Initial Strength of Concrete
In order to explore the characteristics of the influence of different temperature curing water on the strength growth of concrete, this study adopts the method of indoor parallel comparative experiments.Select C20,C30,and C50 concrete specimens for experimental exploration, set up three temperature control conditions for curing water:20℃,30℃,and 30℃,and study the characteristics of strength growth of different grades of concrete under three different temperature curing water conditions. The research results show that the strength of concrete increases the fastest 7 days before curing with water at 20℃,followed by 30℃,and the strength of concrete increases the slowest at 40℃;The lower the strength grade of concrete, the greater the influence of its curing water temperature on the strength growth of concrete in the first 7 days;At a curing water temperature of 20℃,the concrete strength can reach 60%of the design strength in the first 7 days.Choosing a suitable temperature of curing water can help increase the strength of concrete and effectively avoid some quality problems caused by concrete solidification and hardening.
