摘要

为满足建筑使用功能,实现建筑外观效果,保证建筑结构经济安全,在郑州国际文化交流中心酒店的建筑工程设计时采用了钢拉杆长悬挑方案.采用PKPM、YJK软件,以及振型反应谱法、弹性时程法、弹塑性时程法,进行了多模型、多软件的对比分析.采用底部加强区剪力墙中震抗剪弹性、抗弯不屈服的性能化设计方法,对长悬挑钢梁、钢拉杆及其支撑框架柱进行了设计.对长悬挑及其相邻区域的楼板进行有限元内力分析并采取了一定的加强措施.

Abstract

In order to meet the functional requirements of the building,achieve the appearance effect of the building,and ensure the economic safety of the building structure,this project adopts a steel tie rod long cantilever scheme.Perform multi model and multi software comparative analysis using PKPM,YJK software,modal response spectrum method,elastic time history analysis method,and elastic-plastic time history analysis method;Adopting performance-based design,the shear wall in the bottom reinforcement zone is designed with mid seismic shear elasticity and bending non yielding resistance.Long cantilever steel beams,steel tie rods,and their supporting frame columns are designed with mid seismic elasticity.Finite element internal force analysis is conducted on the floor slabs in the long cantilever and adjacent areas,and reinforcement measures are taken.Finite element stress analysis is conducted on the steel tie rod nodes.
