通过分析不间断电源系统的工作原理,依据蓄电池组所需工作环境的特点,对不间断电源间通风空调设计中需要注意的问题进行探讨.结果表明:环境温度会显著影响不间断电源系统的蓄电池寿命.对于夏季通风室外计算温度大于25 ℃的地区,传统通风措施难以消除设备散热的问题,为维持蓄电池的适宜环境温度,应设置空调设备对电池组进行降温;在电池容量较大时不仅需设置单独的蓄电池间,还需考虑防爆设计并设置事故应急通风装置.
Discussion on the Design of Ventilation and Air Conditioning in the Uninterruptible Power Supply Room
As a backup power supply for important loads,the reliability of uninterruptible power supply systems is very significant for the safe and stable operation of power systems.This article analyzes the working principle of an uninterruptible power supply system,and discusses the issues that need to be paid attention to in the ventilation and air conditioning design process of an uninterruptible power supply system based on the working environment and characteristics of the battery pack.The ambient temperature of the uninterruptible power supply system will significantly affect the battery life.In order to maintain the battery at an appropriate ambient temperature,general ventilation measures cannot eliminate device heat dissipation in areas where the calculated outdoor temperature is greater than 25 ℃ in summer.In this case,an air conditioner must be set to cool the battery pack.For the battery room with a large battery capacity,it is also necessary to consider explosion-proof design and emergency ventilation in case of accidents.
