Digitalization of standards is a development strategy for standardization in China.This article proposes a reference model for the establishment and application process of the standard clause main model and characteristic table,which are characterized by:Using standard digitization technology to standardize similar content in a large number of standard clauses;Establishing similarity clause families with different similarity levels and clustering ranges using similarity analysis and clustering analysis methods;Proposing a method for selecting a family of similar clauses,and comprehensively optimizing between the level of similarity and the number of similar clauses;Taking the"noise"clause in 14 national standards for air conditioners as an example,the master model and characteristic table establishment method of the above clause were verified;By utilizing the standard clause master model and characteristic table,new clauses that meet various different needs can be quickly generated,improving the efficiency and quality of collaborative formulation,updating,and maintenance of standard clauses.
