对织构刀具尺寸优化的仿真研究

以点状凹坑织构硬质合金刀具作为研究对象,设计了正交切削仿真试验,并针对试验结果,采用极差分析法研究了不同织构参数对切削力和切削温度的影响.研究表明:合理的织构参数组合可以有效降低切削力和切削温度,提高刀具的切削性能;凹坑织构的最优参数组合为"凹坑直径70 μm、凹坑深度20μm和刃边距100μm";织构参数对主切削力和切削温度的影响程度从大到小依次为凹坑直径、凹坑深度和刃边距.
Simulation Study on Size Optimization of Micro-pit Texture Tool
Cutting simulation test is designed to take the dot-pit weaving structure carbide tool as the research object,and orthogonal test design method is adopted to determine the degree of influence of weaving structure parameters on cutting force and cutting temperature through polar analysis.The structure of the tool has a significant effect on its cutting performance,and the reasonably designed structure parameters can reduce the cutting force and cutting heat generation,thus improving the cutting performance.The results show that the optimal geometric parameters of pit configuration are 70 μm pit diameter,20 μm pit depth and 100 μm edge distance,and the influence on the main cutting force,feed force and cutting temperature of the front face is greater than the pit diameter and greater than the edge distance.
