摘要
在分析永磁调速器高效节能、调速范围大、可柔性连接等优点,以及传统机型主要缺点的基础上,介绍了一种新型磁屏蔽式永磁调速器.与传统机型对比发现,该永磁调速器具有安全性高、使用寿命长、传动效率高、维修成本低等优点,产品的市场竞争力较强.
Abstract
Permanent magnet governor is a speed regulating and energy saving equipment for water pump,fan and other loads.Due to its advantages of high efficiency and energy saving,large speed regulating range and flexible connection,permanent magnet governor have become one of the best choices for energy saving transformation of water pump,fan and other power consuming equipment.By consulting relevant literature,the working principle and classification of permanent magnet speed controllers were introduced,and the main disadvantages of traditional permanent magnet speed controllers were analyzed.A new type of magnetic shielding permanent magnet speed controller was proposed and its working principle was introduced.Compared with the traditional permanent magnet governor,it has the advantages of high safety,long service life,high transmission efficiency and low maintenance cost,which improves the market competitiveness of the product.
