The syntactic functions of directional words and directional phrases in Tang poetry
Research on Chinese directional words has achieved fruitful results in modern Chinese,while research on ancient Chinese directional words is relatively weak.The article selects 19 basic directional words widely used in the Complete Tang Poetry,examines the types of compound directional words formed as morphemes and the combination characteristics of directional phrases formed by them,and analyzes and describes the directional words in Tang poetry in detail,The syntactic function of words and directional phrases to reflect the basic situation of the use of directional words in the Tang Dynasty.
