新时代高校劳动教育和社会实践融合的路径探究

摘要
劳动教育和社会实践是新时代高等教育的重要组成部分,也是高校培养德智体美劳全面发展人才的内在需要.劳动教育和社会实践在教育目标上具有互促性、在教育内容上具有共通性、在教育功能上具有契合性,这为新时代高校劳动教育和社会实践的深度融合奠定了基础.然而,当前劳动教育和社会实践融合存在融合机制构建虚化、评价体系不够完善、师资队伍建设不足、融合氛围尚不理想等问题.因此高校要加强顶层设计,完善制度建设;健全评价体系,提升育人实效;强化师资建设,激发教育活力;聚合内外资源,形成教育合力,以实现劳动教育与社会实践的高质量发展和协同增效.
Abstract
Labour education and social practice are an important part of higher education in the new era,and also an inherent need for colleges and universities to cultivate talents with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,social and aesthetic qualities.Labour education and social practice have mutual promotion in terms of educational objectives,commonality in terms of educational contents and compatibility in terms of educational functions,which has laid the foundation for the deep integration of labour education and social practice in colleges and universities in the new era.However,at present,the integration of labour education and social practice has problems such as vague construction of integration mechanism,insufficient evaluation system,inadequate construction of teachers'team and unsatisfactory integration atmosphere.Therefore,universities should strengthen the top-level design and improve the system construction;improve the evaluation system and enhance the effectiveness of education;strengthen the teacher construction and stimulate the educational vitality;and pool internal and external resources to form the educational synergy,so as to realize the high-quality development and synergy of labour education and social practice.
