Research progress of exercise intervention in adolescent obesity patients
Obesity has become a common problem affecting the physical and mental health of adolescents all over the world.The research shows that the effect of exercise intervention on adolescent obesity is obvious,and it can effectively regulate the physiological and psychological state caused by obesity.Through the method of literature review and logical analysis,the research literature on exercise intervention and improvement of adolescent obesity was reviewed to explore the research progress,reflection and development trend of domestic and foreign scholars on exercise intervention of adolescent obesity.To clarify the harm law of obesity to adolescents,and explore the enlightenment of different exercise intervention methods on the intervention effect of adolescent obesity.Results:1.Obesity is one of the important causes of adolescents'physical and mental health problems.2.Improve adoles-cent body fat composition,reduce obesity inflammatory factors and hypertension,and relieve respiratory muscle fatigue through aerobic exercise.3.Anti-resistance exercise can improve the cardiovascular function of adoles-cents,inhibit non-alcoholic fatty liver,and reduce obesity inflammatory factors.4.The combined effect of aero-bic and resistance exercise on adolescent obesity is better than that of single exercise intervention.Conclusion:The effective improvement of adolescent obesity can be achieved through systematic intervention of developing healthy habits,balanced diet and appropriate exercise,prognosis evaluation and follow-up.The intervention measures for adolescent obesity show a more scientific and diversified trend,and the integrated application of physical activity,nutrition education,psychological support,behavior change and digital intervention will pro-duce more comprehensive intervention effects.In addition,sports intervention will also present more diversified forms to attract the interest of young people,improve the participation of the main body,and build self-healing confidence.
